Hello
My name is Les Fernandes, Captain of the Samantha Irene. I was born and raised in Half Moon Bay. I moved to Ukiah 12 years ago to be closer to the hunting and fishing.5 years ago I started my charter business known as Fish On Charters, we did freshwater fishing and decided to expand to saltwater. We had our new boat built, she is a 27 foot Design Concepts Offshore, it's powered by a 250 hp diesel, it also has a Yamaha kicker outboard, FURNO radar and sonar, NORTHSTAR G.P.S., stand up flush head and a heated cabin with plenty of room for everyone. There is also an onboard vacuum sealer and picture printer.
I attended the Southern California Merchant Marine School to study and receive my captain's license.
I am looking forward to fishing with you aboard the Samantha Irene.
